Do I need to pay custom duties / taxes?
🌱 Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price's. Some countries may have import taxes and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes (where applicable). Unfortunately, we are unable to advise customers on how much these will be. Please consult your own country’s import tax policy. Shipments may fail, not arrive to you, or be rejected if you do not pay the duties or import taxes. In such case, you the buyer assume all liability.
🌱 Also note that Dearsky10 is not responsible for any possible extra fees charged by the courier, and we will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
Handling time
🌱 The average handling time in my shop is 10-14 days (weekend and holiday not included) , but please note that in certain cases, it may take longer than this depending on the supplier. We do not accept urgent order. Thank you so much for your understanding.
🌱 All Pre-Order items will be marked as "Pre-order" on the item title. They have an estimated shipping date in the description. Please see item details for estimated shipping times. Please only order if you are okay with the timeline. Just to set your expectation, the shipment schedule is subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping issues based on the supplier.
🌱 If you have a preorder item in an order with another item that is already available, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder item arrives and is in stock. Items will not be shipped separately within the same order number.
Shipping Time
🌱 Please note that all items are shipped from the U.S. When shipping internationally using the "First-Class Package International" service, delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and may take between 2-3 weeks or longer to arrive. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 4-6 weeks of the dispatch date.
🌱 Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please double-check your zip code and detailed address prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, they will not be refunded.
Why is my order cancelled?
Please note that the shop owner doesn't keep inventory in stock. So the item you purchased might not be available after checking with the supplier due to high demand as soon as it is released.
Can I get a refund after placing an order?
We only accept cancellation within 1 hour since you place your order. After that, no cancellation or return is allowed, so please make a careful purchase decision. Even though we do not accept return, do not hesitate to contact us if there's any problems with the package in transit as well as complaints about the items being sold. We will try our best to resolve any problems you have with the order.
Manhwa Language
Most of the manhwas in the store are in Korean except for BJ Alex (English). Some are Taiwanese and Japanese. You can check manhwa language in each item description.
Important notice about the item quality
Kindly note that there might be minor scratches on the items, which due to the printing process of products or material nature notified by the supplier. They are not occurring because of packing and shipping items. All items from our shop are sealed official merchandise. We do try our best to check the items before packing and shipping out, but since we can't check inside so there might be damages unseen. Since we are acting as a proxy buyer so we can't reimburse to you on behalf of the store in case something happens after you unseal the items because it's not our faults. Please be aware of this notice before making a purchase.
